Steve Hildebrand
Steve Hildebrand is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience leading brand strategy, growth initiatives, and integrated marketing efforts across multiple industries. As the founder of E² Creative Marketing, Steve partners with organizations to build intentional, data-informed marketing systems that drive sustainable growth while remaining firmly rooted in Christian values. His approach blends strategic planning, digital and traditional media, storytelling, analytics, and community engagement to create clarity, alignment, and measurable impact.
Throughout his career, Steve has served in senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Development, where he led cross-functional teams across marketing, product development, and public relations. He is known for bringing structure to complexity—helping organizations move from fragmented tactics to cohesive strategies that support long-term vision, brand trust, and performance.
In addition to his executive and consulting work, Steve serves as an adjunct professor at Liberty University, teaching Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Retail Management, Organizational Behavior and Marketing Promotions. He also advises Liberty’s American Marketing Association chapter, mentoring future marketers and equipping them with both technical skill and ethical grounding. Teaching reflects Steve’s commitment to stewardship—investing his experience and insight into others for meaningful impact.
Steve holds an MBA in Marketing and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marketing. His ongoing professional development reflects a deep commitment to staying at the forefront of marketing strategy, analytics, and emerging technology.

Steve has completed extensive advanced training in marketing strategy, analytics, and artificial intelligence through leading universities and professional organizations. His certifications include Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) from the American Marketing Association, along with specialized coursework in AI in Digital Marketing and Customer Value, Acquisition, and Retention from the University of Maryland. He has completed advanced programs in Retail Marketing Strategy and Viral Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Digital Business Strategy and Artificial Intelligence in Marketing from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and Generative AI for Leaders from Vanderbilt University.
His technical and analytical training includes coursework in Data Science from Johns Hopkins University, GenAI in Business from the University of Michigan, and Market Research and Consumer Behavior from IE Business School. Steve has also completed hands-on applied training in AI-driven analytics, KPI measurement, and data visualization, including multiple programs focused on ChatGPT and Excel for business decision-making, as well as coursework in User Experience Design, Behavioral Finance from Duke University, and the strategic use of emerging AI tools in digital marketing.
